Product Overview

Our CNC vertical lathe machine is designed for heavy duty metal turning and is widely used for machining large diameter workpieces such as flanges, bearings, and steel components. The double column structure ensures high rigidity and precision.

The beam is placed in front of the column, allowing vertical movement on the column. A lifting box on the upper part of the column, driven by an AC motor, facilitates beam movement through worm pair and lead screw mechanisms along the column guide rail. All large parts are manufactured from high strength, low stress cast iron HT250, undergoing aging treatment to eliminate stress and ensure machine tool accuracy.

This CNC vertical lathe delivers top performance with extensive capabilities and high productivity. Our company has developed cutting-edge machine tools that seamlessly integrate animatronics and hydraulics, incorporating advanced design and manufacturing techniques along with our rich corporate culture to deliver world-class products globally.
